This cryptic message posted to Haig's Instagram account by his wife Suzie is, unfortunately, all we know at this time. The veteran actor and horror legend has had a trying year to say the least. From issues with a convention in late 2018/early 2019 to a burglary this summer at a storage facility resulting in the theft and destruction of promotional items as well as treasured memorabilia, Sid has maintained a positive and loving relationship with his fans.

Sid Haig is an inspiring entertainer and human being who has given audiences more than 50 years of laughs and screams alike. We're wishing him, and his family, all of the best and a speedy recovery.
